If this is not the case and you also have authenticated
roaming users submitting mail to your MSA, then these
need to be recognized by mailer and passed from a mailer
to amavisd on a distinct TCP port associated with a
policy bank which sets the 'originating' flag, just
like the MYNETS policy does for simple setups.
