Como bien ha comentado In~aki Arenaza, tendrias que tocar el codigo,
concretamente el fichero "postfix-XXXX/src/bounce/bounce_notify_util.c"
en la funcion:

int bounce_boilerplate(VSTREAM *bounce, BOUNCE_INFO *bounce_info)
