[Postfix espanol] Postfix snapshot 1.1.11-20020529 (MIME reject logging)

Postfix snapshot 1.1.11-20020529 adds logging for mail that is
rejected due to the new MIME related restrictions.

The logging includes a description of the error, the offending
input, and the origin and destination of the message. The format
is similar to that of the existing header/body reject logging.

The difference between a snapshot and an official release is as
follows: the official release does not change except for bugfixes
and portability patches. New features are tried out in snapshot
releases.  Code that works and that stops changing becomes part of
Postfix official version 1.2.
