[Postfix-es] Postfix no envia mails

Hola a todos:
Tengo configurado un sistema de correo con Postfix, Cyrus IMAP, Cyrus SASL,
clamAV, SpamAssassin y Amavis; sobre un Debian.
Despues de largas peleas con los diferentes archivos de configuración,
permisos y el Postfix; esta funcionando todo el sistema correctamente,
exceptuando una pequeña cosa: el envio de emails desde mi dominio a dominios
externos.
En el mail.log nos podemos encontrar esto cuando intentamos enviar un correo
a un dominio exterior:
