[Postfix-es] how to change the log file in a second instance of postfix

Hi,
I have two intances of postfix and I would like to have two log files.
In second instance of postfix named postfix-out I have added the line
syslog_facility = local1
what I do not know to do is what I have to add in syslog.conf. I would
like to have a log file named mailout for the second instance.

syslog.cong has a line like:
mail.* -/var/log/mail

I have had several proofs but It has not worked
