[Postfix-es] Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender

No logro resolver el problema, ya llevo algunos meses, 

He probado asi:  content_filter=vscan:
asi también   contenet_filer=vscan:[127.0.0.1]:10024

He cambiado los siguientes parámetros.
local_destination_concurrency_limit=1000
default_destination_concurrency_limit=50

Adicioné esta linea.
initial_destination_concurrency = 10

SIN EMBARGO sigue el correo se regresa, 
Los correos se regresan con el siguiente mensaje:

Asunto: Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender

 This is the Postfix program at host mail.la-llave.com.

 I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not
 be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.

 For further assistance, please send mail to <postmaster>

 If you do so, please include this problem report. You can
 delete your own text from the attached returned message.

 (in    reply to DATA command)


Al hacer mailq tengo el siguiente estado de uno de los correos, no se si el problema está relacionado con el problema antes mencionado. luego de hacer mailq el estado del mensaje desaparece pero no llega el correo al buzón del destinatario ni tampoco al remitente.

/var/log/mail --> este es el log de la cola BFB69FE6C, hay un delay de 701, por qué se demora tanto si es un mensaje local, en el mismo servidor, usuario de la misma red local.
