[Postfix-es] consulta para relay desde localhost.

Listo señores, les comento que la solución radicaba en agregar la
linea que me indicó Gabriel Bueno como también agregar al
inet_interfaces la dirección de loopback, quedando inet_loopback
192.168.0.125,127.0.0.1
