[Postfix-es] Error 550

Hola a todos, tengo un usuario que esta intentando mandar un correo a un
destinatario en china y se me retorna el correo diciendo esto:

Reviso en el log (tail -f maillog | egrep '*destinatario en yeah.net*') y
aparece esto:

No soy muy disestro en esto temas de leer los log, por eso acudo, para mi
quiere decir que mi dominio esta catalogado como SPAM segón la lista negra
de 163.com

Es esto correcto??
