[postfix-es] Problema con check_helo_access

Cuando en main.cf añado lo siguiente:

smtpd_helo_restrictions = permit_mynetworks, check_helo_access
hash:/etc/postfix/helo_access, reject_non_fqdn_hostname,
reject_invalid_hostname, permit

No me envía nunca el mensaje. Me da el siguiente error en el mail.log:

/etc/postfix/helo_access.db: Invalid argument

Por supuesto en /etc/postfix/helo_access , que tiene permisos root:postfix
644, tengo:

dominio.com         REJECT You are not me. Shoo!
88.111.111.111    REJECT You are not me. Shoo!

(Utilizo Postfix 2.3 sobre Etch con usuarios virtuales siguiendo el ISP
