Just a quick message to let you all know that there is a bug which I'm
currently looking at where upgrading a postfix package when postfix is NOT
running fails. If postfix is running the upgrade works correctly,
stopping postfix and restarting it after the upgrade.
If you experience this as far as I can see it requires removing the old
package by hand.
I.e.
rpm -q postfix to list 2 packages.
rpm --erase postfix-<version>-<release> # remove the old package
I've been rather tied up recently so haven't had much time to see what the
problem is, but I'm looking at it at the moment.
Apart from this problem, I don't think there are any pending fixes
waiting.
Regards,
Simon
