[Postfix RPMs] Packages now available by ftp and slightly modified URL

It is now possible to retrieve my postfix packages by ftp or by http.

The new URLs are:

By ftp:
	ftp://www.ext.ea4els.ampr.org/RPMS
	ftp://www.ext.ea4els.ampr.org/SRPMS

By http:
	http://www.pobox.com/~sjmudd/postfix/ftp/RPMS
	http://www.pobox.com/~sjmudd/postfix/ftp/SRPMS

If I've not updated any links correctly please let me know.
