The SPEC file used to produce the postfix package and the patches I apply

Changes since postfix-20010228release-3:

- Update to patch level 01
- Include support for building postfix with TLS, requiring a build
  from the src.rpm.  [This still may need some testing.]
  (Thanks to Peter Tuschy <peter at tuschy.com> for providing me with
   patches)
