Changes since postfix-20010228_pl02release-4:

- update to support the latest version of MySQL
- packaging changes which don't affect the binary RPMs
  - change postfix.spec.in and make-postfix.spec to
    be clearer and add information when rebuilding from
    the .src.rpm
  - add small script postfix-build which builds the rpm
- none of these changes require an upgrade, they are just
  work in progress.

As usual please report any problems to me.
