Hello All,
Looking at my ftp/web logs, I still see people looking in the directories
for the older RedHat distributions. However not all of these directories
have very up to date binary packages. Some people may still be using
older distributions and may be unable to build the binary packages
themselves from the source rpms.
If anyone is willing to build me a newer binary RPM for any of the
following distributions (with a standard configuration) please send me a
URL to the binary package (DON'T send it to me by email):
Distribution Architecture Latest Version
------------ ------------ --------------
N/A source rpm postfix-2.0.6-1
Red Hat 8.0 i386 postfix-2.0.6-1
Red Hat 7.3 i386 postfix-2.0.6-1
Red Hat 7.2 i386 postfix-1.1.11-9
Red Hat 7.0/7.1 i386 postfix-1.1.7-1
Red Hat 7.0/7.1 alpha postfix-1.1.1-1
Red Hat 6x i386 postfix-2.0.1-1
Red Hat 6x alpha postfix-20011217snapshot-1
Red Hat 6x s390 postfix-19991231_pl04-3
Red Hat 6x sparc postfix-2.0.1-1
Red Hat 5x i386 postfix-2.0.0.1-1
Yellow Dog 2.3 ppc postfix-2.0.1-1
Similarly if you have built a binary RPM for another distribution or
architecture I'd be interested in having a copy.
Your name will be included in the PACKAGES_PROVIDED_BY file in the
corresponding directory.
Thanks of course go to those people who have in the past provided binary
RPMs for these distributions/architectures.
