[postfix-es] multiples conexiones

Me respondo a mi mismo:
osea si el mensaje fué rechazado.. ¿ Por que la conexión permanece tanto
tiempo abierta, llenando así los procesos ? (Y con ello el tope máximo de mi
master.cf)
Por lo que vi en http://www.postfix.org/rate.html
Lo único que lei fue que lo que decía al pie final de la pagina:
"Unfortunately, the Postfix SMTP server does not yet know how to limit the
number of connections from the same client, other than by limiting the total
number of SMTP server processes (see process limit). Things could be worse:
some mailers don't even implement an SMTP server process limit. That's of
course no excuse. I'm still looking for a good solution."

smtpd_error_sleep_time (default: 1 second)
será prudente dejar este valor en 60 ?
Estoy enfocando bien el problema ?
