[postfix-es] Confirmacion de llegada y de lectura

Hola:

Necesito que el servidor responda la confirmacion de llegada de un mail y 
de lectura, pero no se donde configurarlo (de hecho, no me haia preocupado 
de ese tema). Ojala alguien me pueda ayudar. Estoy corriendo postfix 
2.18+courier+mysql+squirrelmail
