[postfix-es] Relay access denied

Hola.
Tengo a los usuarios creados en mysql, con  postfix y courier-imap. El usuario puede leer el correo pero al intentar enviar email me da este error:

En la base de datos y en la tabla transport tengo el campo domain qeu contiene mydomain.com y el campo transport que contiene "virtual:mydomain.com"

Alguna idea ?
