[postfix-es] postfix no logro enviar mensajes.

bueno espero me puedan ayudar. estoy configurando mi servidor de correo en
ubuntu con postfix.
bueno el problema que tengo es lo siguiente: al intentar enviar mensajes a
un determinado usuario por ejemplo user1 en midominio.com me vota el siguiente
error fallo la conexion con el servidor mstp 192.168.10.3.
bueno lo que hice e lo siguiente.

--mi ip delservidor es el 192.168.10.3
--mi /etc/hostname es server
--mi /etc/mailname es midominio.com
--mi /etc/hosts es de la siguiente forma

127.0.0.1	localhost.localdomain	localhost
192.168.10.3	regionapurimac.gob.pe	server

---- para probar si fncionabe crre dos usuarios
usuario1 en regionapurimac.gob.pe usuaio2 en regionapurimac.gob.pe
envio a usuario2 un mensaje haciendo uso de mutt desde elmismo server y
usuario 2 recibe su mensaje, compruebo desde un cliente de windows con
tundherbird y descargo lo mensajes de usurio2 y efectivamente el mensaje
esta. pero al mento de querer enviar desde el cliente tundherbird un
mensaje, este no m permite me envia el error que arriba lo puse

acaso esta mal mi main.cf ? o hay algo mas que configurar a parte de todo
eso ?
