roger la opcion mydestinationno tiene nada que ver, segun he leido esta solo se toma en cuenta si cuando no se define el transport que si lo tengo asi
cea.cu smtp:[miexchange.cea.cu]
los relay recipients tambien los tengo OK.

ulises: no es el firewall pero el problema debe andar por ahi por el registro mx.
