This message is to announce availabliltiy of the latest release version of
Postfix in RPM package format.

Changes since previous version:
-------------------------------

  - changes to names and stuff in spec file (basic tidy-up)
  - add qmqp-source
  - changes to use triggerin macros instead of chroot stuff
    - mainly taken from Bero and Tuomo's Postfix spec files
  - remove changelog entries for before 01-01-2002, they can still be recovered
    from my CVS archives.
  - useradd/groupadd of postfix/postdrop have been modified to not specify
a specific user/group id. rpm uses the name when checking permissions and
postfix's main.cf also works with names so don't insist on specific ids.
the uid/gids created are system accounts.
  - upgrade VDA patch to 1.1.6 (reminder from Phil Edwards <phil at linux2000.com>)

Please note: This version has received significant modifications compared
to -2.

If you use my package in a production environment you'd probably be
advised to:

1. make a copy /etc/postfix/
2. keep a copy of the binary rpm you are currently using
3. watch carefully the logs and behaviour of postfix after upgrading.

I don't anticipate any problems but I'd prefer to be overcautious.
