This message is to announce the availability of the latest snapshot of
Postfix in RPM package format.
This package is my first step towards getting a 1.2 (when it arrives)
vesion of Postfix out. Do not run this on a production machine just in
case. Any feedback would be appreciated.
Changes since previous versions:
--------------------------------
- This package should build & run on Redhat 6.x, 7.x and 8.0
thanks to Josep M. <websurfer_email at yahoo.es> for lending me a rh8.0
machine to perform various changes on.
Note for RedHat 8.0:
- while rpm says you need perls's Date::Calc you can safely install
without the dependency (using --nodeps). I still need to find out how
to avoid the requirement being "packaged up". This does not affect
earlier versions of rh.
