[Postfix RPMs] Test release of postfix-2.0.13-3.100 RPMs

I've produced some 2.0.13-3.100 RPMs and they can currently be found in:

	ftp://ftp.WL0.org/testing
	http://postfix.WL0.org/ftp/testing

There is a src rpm and binary rpm for redhat 8 and redhat 9.

The changes against 2.0.13-3 are the following:

- Removal of all chroot code from the package.
- addition of /etc/postfix/postfix-chroot.sh script
postfix-chroot.sh enable # enables the chroot
postfix-chroot.sh disable # disables and removes the chroot

The script will stop postfix before making any changes.

I would appreciate anyone with time testing this package, and if I hear no
complainst will release it shortly as postfix-2.0.13-4.

If you install this package the chroot environment will NOT be set.
If you upgrade from a previous version of my package teh chroot
configuration will be untouched. It is up to you to disable it if you
wish, or to maintain the configuration.

NOTES:
------

1. rpm -qi postfix may lie to you due to RedHat's specspo
package which shows a generic package description.

2. Although RedHat's Postfix packages say that they still support chroot
since 2.0.6 (according to the changelog) they too have removed chroot
support. They don't provide a way of enabling it.
