Nein, das stand nie auf localhost-only. Tatsächlich war diese Option bisher 
auskommentiert, weil ja eigentlich all Default ist. Ich habe trotzdem 
inet_interfaces all aktiviert und neu gestartet, gebracht hat es nichts. 


Auch AppArmor ist deaktiviert.
