Authentifizierung in Thunderbird "Verschlüsseltes Passwort"

Hallo

was muss ich denn in meinem Postfix anbieten, damit ich beim Erstellen
eines Kontos in Thunderbird unter Authentifizierung "Verschlüsseltes
Passwort" verwenden kann?
Dovecot macht die Authentifizierung meines Postfix nach der Anleitung:
