[Postfix-es] bounce template para postfix-2.3 (en espanol)]

Aqui es la primera version del texto que estoy pensando poner.

He anadido la parte en espanol despues del texto en ingles con una
linea con '---'.

Falta por determinar es si merece la pena cambiar la cabecera Charset:
a utilizar un charset para que se pueda incluir los tildes.  Creo que
el mejor charset sería el UTF-8 o si no el ISO-8559-1 o ISO-8859-15.

Sugerencias y/o correcciones serían bienvenidos.
